What is Coenzyme A Precursor? Coenzyme-A is produced in the cells of the liver and other organs. The highest concentrations are in the heart, kidneys, brain, adrenal glands and skeletal muscles. The nutrients that your body needs to make Coenzyme A are pantothenic acid, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and cysteine - all of which are provided through dietary intake.
