What is Carbidopa-Entacapone-Levodopa? The combination of levodopa, carbidopa, and entacapone is used for Parkinson's Disease. Levodopa is the precursor to dopamine, carbidopa slows the breakdown of levodopa, while entacapone improves the efficacy of levodopa.

Advice/Tips
Longer lasting then the PARCOPA but much slower to take effect. About 45minutres to an hour. But last up to 3hours where the PARCOPA lasts only an hour or a little more.
