Generic Name: Amitriptyline
Tryptizol is an international brand name for amitriptyline. It is a tricyclic antidepressant approved for the treatment of depression. Off label amitripyline is used for certain chronic and neuropathic (nerve) pain and for prevention of migraine headaches.
