What is Clarinex?

Clainex is a brand name for the drug desloratadine. It is an non-sedating antihistamine for the relief of nasal and non-nasal symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and perennial allergic rhinitis; treatment of chronic itchy eyes.
