What is Duloxetine?

Duloxetine is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSNRI). It is used for depression, general anxiety disorder, pain associated with diabetic neuropathy and for fibromyalgia. Off label it is used for stress incontinence and chronic pain syndromes.
