What is Pramipexole? Pramipexole is an anti-Parkinson's agent that is used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, such as stiffness, tremors, muscle spasms, and poor muscle control and for moderate to severe primary restless legs syndrome. Off label it is used for the treatment of depression.
