What is Bowen Therapy?

Bowen Therapy is used to describe a variety of therapies based on the work of the Australian body worker, Mr. Tom Bowen (1916–1982). The technique consists of gentle movements across muscles and tendons to relieve pain, spasms and stiffness of movement.
