What is motilium?
A Canadian brand name for Domperidone used together with metoclopramide, cyclizine, and 5HT3 receptor antagonists (such as granisetron) to treat nausea and vomiting. It is particularly useful for Parkinson's patients because it does not cross the blood-brain barrier. Not available in the U.S.
