What is Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen? Hydrocodone is an opiate painkiller used in the relief of moderate to severe pain. Acetaminophen (paracetaomol) is nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that increases the effects of hydrocodone when taken together.
