What is Domperidone?

Domperidone is an antidopaminergic drug used to suppress nausea or vomiting. It can be used in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, or may be administered as an antiemetic with drugs such as apomorphine to prevent feelings of sickness that can arise from such drugs.
