Premia is a brand name for equine conjugated estrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate. It is used for women with an intact uterus for treatment of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause; treatment of atrophic vaginitis; and for prevention of osteoporosis.
