About Me
i have had depression since i was 14, i also suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Social Phobia, and i self injure. I have been on such meds as Lexapro, Effexor, Avanza and serepax but am currently not taking anything. i should really get back to the doctor. i recently started seeing a psychologist for CBT but got kicked out because i need to deal with my alcohol abuse first. so at the moment i'm cold turkey on any therapies. i hope that gives you a little idea on what i'm dealing with.
