What is Insulin Aspart?

Insulin aspart is a rapid-acting insulin used for the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus (insulin dependent, IDDM) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (noninsulin dependent, NIDDM) to improve glycemic control.
