What is Levemir FlexPen?

Levemir® is a brand name intermediate to long-acting insulin detemir used in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus (insulin dependent); type 2 diabetes mellitus (noninsulin dependent) to control hyperglycemia. It is available in a FlexPen® prefilled syringe.
