What is Amlodipine-Olmesartan-Hydrochlorothiazide?

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic. The combination product is used to treat hypertension in individuals who have not responded to single drug therapy.
