Acetaminophen, Caffeine, Pyrilamine Maleate is a combination treatment for the menstrual symptoms, cramps, bloating, fatigue, backache and headache. Acetaminophen is a pain reliever. Pyrilamine Maleate an antihistamine, diuretic. Caffeine allows the others into the blood stream faster.
