What is Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM?

Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are components of normal cartilage. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a naturally occurring sulfur compound. The combination is said to nourish cartilage and connective tissue, improve wound healing and reduce pain from osteoarthritis.
