Seropram is an international brand name for citalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. Off label uses: mild dementia-associated agitation in nonpsychotic patients; smoking cessation; ethanol abuse; obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in children; diabetic neuropathy.
