What is Dream Study?

Studies show that the most vivid dreams occur during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep when the brain is very active and the large muscles of the body are relaxed. REM sleep occurs every 90-100 minutes, 3 to 4 times a night, and lasts longer as the night progresses.
