What is Darvocet A500?

Darvocet A500® is a brand name for the combination of propoxyphene 100 mg, an opioid analgesic and acetaminophen 500 mg, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Darvocet A500 is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain, with or without fever.
