What is Naltrexone? Naltrexone, in low doses such as 3mg to 4.5mg, has been found to boost the immune system in MS, autoimmune diseases, and central nervous system disorders. Choose a good compounding pharmacy. Make sure that slow release is not what is filled. Take it before sleep at night.
