Dexedrine® Spansule® is a brand name for sustained release capsule preparation of dextroamphetamine, a stimulant used for the treatment of narcolepsy and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Off label it is used for obesity; depression; and abnormal behavioral syndrome in children.
