What is Methylprednisolone Infusion?

Methylprednisolone as sodium succinate is used for IV infusion or IM admininstration. This corticosteroid is used as an anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressant agent for diseases of hematologic, allergic, inflammatory, neoplastic, and autoimmune origin; also for graft-versus-host disease.
