Advice/Tips
I usually have an RX of 20 pills a year- just in case. I rarely use them all but I feel good knowing that they're there. For me, I start with 1/2 a tablet- sometimes that's all I need to take the "edge" off. If it's not, I take the other 1/2. I'm on Kaiser Permanente- I pay $10.00 for that RX (a Year).
