What is Mona Vie? Mona·Vie™ is a brand name product. It is a juice made from a blend of fruits (the most advertised of which is the açaí berry). MonaVie also markets a gel pack version of the juice.

- For me it took 6 ounces a day before I started to think it was helping, then it stopped being of a great deal of benefit for fatigue and pain after a few months but maybe if I kept going up on the dose it might get better again but after awhile it would get too expensive if one had to keep going up to keep the effect. However, for constipation it works well for me at about 6 ounces a day.
