Advice/Tips
I only take this at night and in combination with a muscle relaxant. It is best when I'm going to bed, usually I awake refreshed and painfree. This is the relief. The key though is not to combine it with any opiates OR addictive muscle relaxants.

Advice/Tips
For me, this medication is very affective for my major Jaw pain, and it kicks in extremely fast, but this medication did cause me to become very tired.
