What is Butalbital, acetaminophen, caffeine, and codeine?

This is a combination product of butalbital, acetaminophen, caffeine and codeine used to for relief of the symptomatic complex of tension or muscle contraction headache. Brand names include Fioricet® with Codeine; Phrenilin® with Caffeine and Codeine.
