What is Blueberry?

Blueberries have been shown to have antioxidant activity. The skin of the blueberry is nutrient-rich. The dye released from the pigments in the skin of the blueberry, called anthocyanin is the source of the antioxidants and is used to create blueberry extract for powder and supplements.
