What is Pramipexole? Pramipexole has similar effects of dopamine, a naturally occurring chemical in the body. Low levels of dopamine are associated with Parkinson's disease (PD). Advice/Tips
Take as needed, not as directed. I use it when the RLS strikes, it's not an everyday thing, so I use as needed not as directed.
