What is 4-Aminopyridine (4-AP)? 4-Aminopyridine blocks potassium channels and prolongs action potentials thereby increasing transmitter release at the neuromuscular junction and elsewhere. It has been under study for spinal cord injuries and for Multiple Sclerosis.

it has greatly improved my energy and bladder function -- mobility has changed very little. We need to be able to rate efficacy of each "purpose"
