What is Temazepam? Temazepam is a benzodiazepine used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Off label it is used for the treatment of anxiety; adjunct in the treatment of depression; and management of panic attacks.

Advice/Tips
I like Restoril for sleep- I take 2 and if needed, I can then take up to 2 more. I do not have a 'hang-over' feeling in the morning. This drug always me to get tired and then fall asleep vs. having a 'black-out' style sleep which I have felt from other sleep aides.
