What is Apidra?
Apidra is the brand name for Insulin glulisine. It is a man-made version of human insulin used to treat type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes who are insulin dependent. Insulin glulisine is short acting and is used with longer-acting insulin or an insulin pump.
