What is Codeine-Acetaminophen? Codeine is in a group of drugs called narcotic pain relievers. Acetaminophen is a less potent pain reliever that increases the effects of codeine. The combination of acetaminophen and codeine is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

Advice/Tips
I only take this at night and in combination with a muscle relaxant. It is best when I'm going to bed, usually I awake refreshed and painfree. This is the relief. The key though is not to combine it with any opiates OR addictive muscle relaxants.
