Celebrex is the brand name for celecoxib, a non-steroidal antiinflammatory used to relieve the pain, swelling and stiffness of osteoarthritis and adult rheumatoid arthritis; to treat of primary dysmenorrhea; and to reduce intestinal polyps in the inherited disorder adenomatous polyposis.
