About Me I've been recently diagnosed with familial ALS. My grandfather, Aunt and then Father all suffered with this disease. I met my wife when she was my Aunt Kathy's nurse. Kathy had been vented for 8 years. We met married and had two children. Then the month she died my father Thomas was diagnosed. He passed away 15 months later and that was eight years ago. Their symptoms had all begun in the legs, Mine in the right arm. It seems to be progressing quite rapidly. We have two children Meghan and Michael ages 10 and 8. |
