What is Mucinex DM?

An combination of Dextromethorphan HBr (Cough suppressant) and Guaifenesin (Expectorant). Helps to loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive.
