What is Motilium?

Motillium is a Canadian brand name for domperidone used for to mange upper gastrointestinal (GI) motility disorders associated with gastritis and diabetic abdominal distention; and to prevent GI symptoms associated with use of dopamine-agonist anti-Parkinson agents. Not available in the US.
