What is Hyoscine hydrobromide?

Hyoscine hydrobromide, or scopolamine, is an anticholinergic. It prevents motion sickness by stopping the messages sent from the vestibular system from reaching the brain. This prevents the brain from sending impulses to the stomach that would normally cause vomiting.
