What is Mitoxantrone?

Mitoxantrone is an antineoplastic agent used in the treatment of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, prostate cancer, secondary progressive or relapsing-remitting MS. Off label it is used for certain lymphomas, certain adult and pediatric leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome, breast cancer and sarcoma.
