What is Shiatsu massage?

Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on therapy originating in Japan. Shiatsu is an evolving form, and its various styles incorporate (to differing degrees) aspects of Japanese massage traditions, Chinese Medicine practice, and "Western" anatomy and physiology.
