Kelp is a nutrient-dense algae which grows in specific areas of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. It is a natural source of iodine as well as many vitamins, minerals and trace minerals. Iodine is an important nutrient that provides nutritive support for normal, healthy thyroid function.
