Generic Name: Atenolol
Tenormin®, a brand name for the drug atenonol, is a beta blocker used to treat hypertension, alone or in combination with other agents. Off label use for acute alcohol withdrawal, certain cardiac arrhythmias, and prevention of migraine headache.
