What is Dimenhydrinate?

Dimenhydrinate (marketed under brand names Dramamine, Gravol and Vertirosan) is an over-the-counter drug used to prevent nausea and motion sickness. It is most commonly used as pills, although it is also available in liquid form and in suppositories.
