What is Omega 3-6-9 Fatty Acids?

Omega Fatty Acids include omega-3, an essential fatty acid (EFA) found in certain fish, walnuts, flaxseed and green leafy vegetables; omega-6, an EFA found in soybean oil, sunflower oil, canola oil and corn oil; and omega-9, a non-EFA found in animal fats and vegetable oils, most notably olive oil.
