- From my experience wiz my father who has been diagnosed since 2005 but has pretty much lost everything now, the only asset that he never lost was his love to Jesus. In times when me as a caregiver would blame God, he will thank him. He is an amazing father. He keeps himself busy with continously listening to church preechings and speeches that give him hope for life in Heaven. My advice is pray a lot , do not ever lose hope.
