About Me
Hi there! I am a genetic counselor and I work with Dr. Teepu Siddique at Northwestern University in Chicago. This is going to be my first winter in Chicago and I must say that I’m a little nervous! Anyway, I work in our ALS/MND clinics on Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons. I am usually in our lab and involved in the research at the Neuromuscular Disorders Program. Our main research is focused on identifying genes associated with the development of ALS, both sporadic and familial type. (www.neurogenetics.northwestern.edu).
