About Me
Hello Care Givers and Patients, Maybe you already know my sweet wife, username Jenj. She was diagnosed with MS in 2003 and has been struggling with it's effects ever since. I work full time as a EMT for AMR . I train others in Firefighter fitness and get them ready to pass CPAT, a Firefighter physical agility test. But I also train people in circuit training for weight loss and endurance, and body building. I'm interested in learning more and exchanging ideas on different ways in which I can help my wife and others with Multiple Sclerosis.

More about me

Hello Care Givers and Patients,   Maybe you know my sweet wife, Jen. She was diagnosed with MS in 2003 and has been struggling with it's effects ever since. I work full time as a EMT for AMR a national ambulance company working 24hrs on 48 off. I recently just started Paramedic school which will allow me to serve my community in a greater depth. It lasts one year. I also train others in Firefighter fitness and get them ready to pass CPAT, a Firefighter physical agility test. But I also train people in circuit training for weight loss and endurance, and body building.

I'm interested in learning more and exchanging ideas on different ways in which I can help my wife and others with Multiple Sclerosis. Ex. exercises, nutrition, meds, therapies...
