PatientsLikeMe ™

Before taking on the role of Patient Experience Manager, I worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at PatientsLikeMe.  In that role, I designed interfaces and user experience flows as well as organizing and conducting usability testing sessions for the PatientsLikeMe platform. I’ve also worked in public health, computer gaming and biotech.  Most recently, I designed research based educational software products and websites for students and teaching professionals.  I’m thrilled to have a chance to bring together my interests in health care and education here at PatientsLikeMe.  It’s a great combination!

As for my own education, I graduated from Boston University with a BA in Economics and Art History and I earned an MFA in design from Massachusetts College of Art. I like to think that my education never stops though. I learn something new every day!
