About Me
I am a caregive for my brother Joe who is 41 years old. He was diagnosed in June 2007. His ALS has developed rapidly. He is already completely dependent, in a wheelchair, his food is either by straw or spoon. He is unable to do anything on his own, except use a computer with a headmouse. Joe is nearly 20 years younger, our mom passed away when he was jsut 2, so I have helped raise him. I am also taking care of my dad, at 91, who has cancer and a heart problem.
