crap Medicare Rx plan made me run out of nearly all meds! Depress/ideat, severe pain. Have meds now.

Edema bth forearms, wrists, hands and all fingers. Couldn't bend anything, make fist. Working it out slowly.

Sore, confused frm very, VERY deep sleep for 2-1/2 days.

2 days of sunshie have helped my mood, while decent sleep has helped my pain.

zero sleep last night bc of IBS cramping and diarrhra and gas. fought w/ ex who lives in bldg -- gonna have to apol today. sucks.

Been sick all day and in pain.

Achiness cont's w/ back & abdom pain bc of severe diarrhea.

Bad headache added to already achey muscles and continuing sleep problems. Mood's not helping, either.

Pain is down today, but kept me awake last night. Crabby, spirits low trying to finalize Medicare choices.

Still in pain, still no sunshinme, nothing in house to eat. Dude's suddenly started biting thighs REAL hard.

STILL achey, plus feel like flare's starting all over--having pings and twitches and quick spasms.

My muscles ache from having cramped all day yest, esp neck and legs.

9+ OA and FM pain all day due to approaching storm. Oxycodone day.

Have been in 9+ pain all day, having to take Oxycodone. Both add to depression pf holidays alone.

Major storm coming in 2 waves and I'm feeling both!

Stress:too musch todo but decisions SO hard bc of depress; dizziness starts bout 30-45mins after morn meds.
